Step 1: Log into your MOT Juice account
Navigate to the MOT Juice login page here: https://admin.motjuice.co.uk/admin, and then enter your MOT Juice login details to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to help & support
After you have logged in and are on your dashboard, using the left hand sidebar menu open the ‘Help & Support’ menu item to expand the list of options. If you’re using a mobile device (such as a phone or tablet) you may need to open the navigation menu using the burger menu (four lines) found in the top left of your screen.

Step 3: Click on remote support
With the Help & Support menu open, click on the option for ‘Remote Support’.

Step 4: Click to start a remote session
You’ll see a popup window appear. This details that our remote support is only available during a phone call and remote support is not compatible with mobile devices. Only when instructed by our support team, click on the green ‘Start Remote Session’.

Step 5: Your temporary partner ID
You’ll now see a new, smaller popup window with a 6-digit temporary ID number. You’ll be asked to provide this (over the phone) with our support team. This allows us to connect to you and see what you see. When you have provided us with your temporary connection ID, click the green ‘Share Screen’ button.

Step 6: Select what to share
Depending on what internet browser you’re using, you’ll see an option to select what to share. We’re using Google Chrome in this example but other browsers will be similar. In this popup, select the middle ‘Window’ tab, select your internet browser window and then click ‘Share’.

That’s it! We can now see your screen if the connection has been a success. We’ll now be able to walk you through the system and help with any support queries you have.
During a remote session, we can request control of your mouse to navigate the system on your behalf. It’s important to know that we can only navigate on the MOT Juice platform and we cannot switch tabs, or open any other application window.
You can stop sharing your screen at any time (preferably when the support call has ended).
