Your annual assessment result is automatically uploaded to your MOT Testing Service (MTS) profile after completing and passing your exam. After passing your exam, you must check your MTS account to ensure your result has been recorded. If it is not recorded, you face suspension on 1st April.
If you have logged into your MTS profile and can’t see a record of your exam, you must contact MOT Juice immediately.
It is likely that you provided either an incorrect DVSA ID or date of birth to the one that is on your MTS profile.
MOT Juice can take a look at your exam attempt, correct any issues and resubmit to the DVSA. However, we do not know whether the upload was successful or not therefore it is the responsibility of the tester to verify the upload and get this corrected before the exam deadline.
The DVSA take a zero tolerance approach to instances where the exam has been passed but the record has not been uploaded to the MTS. The onus is on the individual testers to ensure their exam record has been uploaded. The DVSA will automatically suspend testers in this instance if it has not been corrected before the deadline.
Important: We can only check exam records done through MOT Juice. If you have taken your exam with a different training provider then you must contact them.
