We understand that there will be occasions where you may want to close your account (for example you’ve sold your MOT business so no longer need your MOT Juice subscription).

Cancelling your MOT Juice subscription is quick and easy, but it does need to be done in writing in order to produce an audit trail evidencing your request for account cancellation.

Simply send an email to support@motjuice.co.uk with request to close your account. You should include as much detail as you can, including your account name and your reason for cancellation. MOT Juice will process your cancellation request in a timely manner during our normal working hours and without any unreasonable delay.

We do request that any instruction to cancel an account sent to MOT Juice is explicit (for example, “please cancel my MOT Juice subscription”). If your request is not obvious enough, we may need to contact you for further clarification to ensure the account closure is the desired outcome. This adds unnecessary delay in handling any cancellation requests.
