Once logged into your MOT Juice account, using the navigation sidebar on the left of your screen, click on Billing > Invoices. This is where you can view your invoices, view & change your subscription settings and manage your billing preferences.

Please note: If you have any outstanding invoices, you’ll see a notification displaying a number of how many invoices are currently awaiting payment.


Important: If you cannot see the Billing menu item in your sidebar, your account does not have the appropriate billing permissions. Please contact your account owner or MOT Juice Support.

Once the page has loaded, you’ll see a list of your invoices. Invoices are shown per financial year, for example an invoice dated between 1st April 2023 and 31st March 2024 will be shown in the 2023/2024 year. You can change the year using the toggle to the right of the invoices section.


The invoice list will display the following details:

• Invoice number (e.g. IVID123456)
• Date due (this is typically the date the invoice was generated)
• Amount (e.g. £123.45)
• Status (can be paid; overdue; void; draft; or refunded)
• Payment method (e.g. Card or PayPal)
• Date paid
• Options

You can use the ‘Options’ buttons to download/print your invoice(s), view invoice details or (if unpaid) click to settle the invoice.
