MOT Juice operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) product, providing valuable tools and resources for professionals in the automotive industry. Like many SaaS providers, MOT Juice has established a firm stance on its refund policy – a “no refund” policy by default.
MOT Juice is committed to delivering uninterrupted services to all our users. The subscription model ensures continuous access to features and updates, contributing to the overall efficiency of automotive professionals relying on the platform.
Our no refund policy is standard for services that have been accessed and utilised. This policy aligns with industry practices and serves to maintain fairness and consistency in the provision of services. For example if a training module has been purchased and taken, then MOT Juice will not refund any money as the product has been accessed and utilised.
We cannot publish an exhaustive list of scenarios where partial refunds may be given, but you can contact our support team on 01293 911 120 or support@motjuice.co.uk for any further information.
While MOT Juice maintains a general no-refund stance, we also recognise that situations may arise where users have subscribed for an extended period but wish to cancel before the subscription term concludes.
For users who have opted for an annual subscription but decide to cancel after only a portion of the term has passed, MOT Juice acknowledges the potential need for flexibility.
In cases where a user cancels an annual subscription before the completion of the term, MOT Juice may issue partial refunds for the unused portion of the subscription. This applies specifically to services not accessed or utilised during the subscription period. In these cases and where a refund has been provided, access to MOT Juice products and services for the remainder of the subscription term will be terminated instantly.
MOT Juice will not issue any refunds for services not utilised in previous months as the service has been provided. It is the users responsibility to access the services they have purchased, and not using them when they have been provided is not a reason for refund.
In conclusion, MOT Juice’s approach to refunds strikes a balance between maintaining a standard no-refund policy for services rendered and recognising the need for flexibility in certain situations. By offering partial refunds for unused services, MOT Juice aims to provide a fair and equitable solution for users who find themselves in unique circumstances requiring subscription adjustments. This approach aligns with the platform’s commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction in the ever-evolving landscape of SaaS subscriptions.
