What information can I edit on my MOT Juice profile?

Understanding what information you can change on your MOT Juice profile.
The information that can be changed on your profile depends on the type of account you have. With MOT Juice, there are 3 account types you may have access to:
  • Client and/or Group level
  • Garage level
  • Tester/staff level
We’ll cover each of the account levels in detail and what information can be changed on your profile below.

Client and Group level users
The Client and Group level accounts are for the company management team. Client level users sit at the very top, whereas Group level users manage multiple garages and have similar permissions as the Client but restricted to only the garages they manage.

The details that can be changed under the Account section are:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
Your ‘Account’ details control the basic information about you as an individual and set how you can be contacted by MOT Juice.
The details that can be changed under the Password & Security section are:
  • Security/recovery questions
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Account password
Your ‘Password & Security’ settings allow you to manage the security of your MOT Juice account and help set recovery options if you lose/forget your account password.
The details that can be changed under the Notifications section are:
  • System updates
  • Marketing
Your ‘Notification’ preferences allow you to set what communications you choose to receive from the MOT Juice system.
The details that can be changed under the Forum section are:
  • Alias
  • Bio
Your ‘Forum’ preferences control your details that can be seen when using the MOT Juice Tribe Forum.


Garage level users
The Garage level accounts are for the Site Managers and other various roles than oversee a single MOT site.

The details that can be changed under the Account section are:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
Your ‘Account’ details control the basic information about you as an individual and set how you can be contacted by MOT Juice.
The details that can be changed under the Password & Security section are:
  • Security/recovery questions
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Account password
Your ‘Password & Security’ settings allow you to manage the security of your MOT Juice account and help set recovery options if you lose/forget your account password.
The details that can be changed under the Notifications section are:
  • System updates
  • Calibration reminders
  • Training & CPD reminders
  • Exam reminders
  • QC check reminders
  • Audit reminders
  • Marketing

  • Alias
  • Bio
Your ‘Forum’ preferences control your details that can be seen when using the MOT Juice Tribe Forum.


Tester/staff level users
The Tester/staff level accounts are for the individual MOT testers at the MOT site. These accounts allow the testers to carry out their annual training, CPD, annual assessments and much more.

The details that can be changed under the Account section are:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • DVSA tester ID
  • MOT professional qualifications
