With MOT Juice, you are in full control of your subscription and you have the freedom to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any point.

Downgrading is the term used for removing products/features from your subscription, the effect of which may reduce the price of your MOT Juice subscription.

If you decide you no longer want to subscribe to a specific product/feature of MOT Juice, then you can remove this from your subscription. When doing so, you’ll be able to choose if you want to immediately lose access to this product/feature, or have access to it up until the end of the subscription term (cancelling the auto-renewal).

When you decide to remove a product/feature from your subscription, you will lose access to all your records associated with this product/feature. Your records are not deleted and you can access them again by re-subscribing to the product/feature.

To downgrade, select the ‘Subscription Settings’ option from the Billing menu item from the navigation sidebar (please note: only users with billing permissions can access this). There will be an option below your payment plan to view your current subscriptions. Once you are on your current subscriptions, you can then remove individual products/features by clicking on the red ‘remove’ button for each subscription.

Upgrading is the term used for adding products/features to your subscription, the effect of which may increase the price of your MOT Juice subscription.

To upgrade and add products/features to your subscription, there will be an option below your current subscriptions called ‘upgrades available’. This will allow you to upgrade your subscription when needed.

Each product/feature will have a ‘try free for 30 days’ button allowing you to start a 30-day free trial of any product before committing to purchase (please note: the free trial is only available if you have not already trialled the product/feature). The 30-day trial period serves as a decision-making window for businesses. It allows you to evaluate how MOT Juice aligns with your operational requirements, team dynamics, and overall business goals. After the 30 days free trial, unless cancelled this subscription will stay on your account and will auto-renew as per the terms stated.
