Your details will be sent to our customer support team who will handle your enquiry in a timely manner.

Here at MOT Juice, we love receiving feedback from our customers, whether it’s good or bad. We firmly believe that all feedback allows us to see what we’re doing right as well as what we’re doing not so well and gives us the opportunity to improve our services and products for everyone moving forward.

Your feedback is sent straight to our product management team. All good feedback is shared internally amongst our staff (and may also get featured on our customer reviews page) and all bad feedback is sent to our development team for consideration for future improvements.

Every piece of feedback is reviewed. Sometimes we may need more information, particularly in cases of bad feedback, and we may need to get in touch to understand more about your feedback and what you’d like to see us do to resolve it.
