At MOT Juice, we don’t believe in providing a live chat option that would be powered by an AI bot and give unreliable information or a poor support experience when you need assistance. Instead, we focus more effort into providing a first-class support service by phone, email or support ticket.

Although we do not use live chat, our response time during business hours generally don’t exceed 1 hour.
