I’ve not received my login details. What do I do?

What to do when you’ve not received your login details to your MOT Juice account.
The first thing to check if you haven’t received your MOT Juice login details is to ensure you have entered your email address correctly. If you suspect your email address may have been entered incorrectly, then give our support team a call on 01293 911 120 and we can rectify this and get a new set of login details sent out to you.

If you have checked your email address is correct and still haven’t received your login details, please check any spam/junk folders for the email. Sometimes, genuine emails accidentally get captured by spam filters and end up in your spam/junk folders.

If after checking your spam/junk you still don’t have your account login details, ensure you have whitelisted our system email address (hello@motjuice.email). Usually in bigger corporations, whitelisting may be necessary as they may have IT systems in place to safeguard employees. Whitelisting is the act of approving a specific email address to send you emails.
