If you have checked your email address is correct and still haven’t received your login details, please check any spam/junk folders for the email. Sometimes, genuine emails accidentally get captured by spam filters and end up in your spam/junk folders.
If after checking your spam/junk you still don’t have your account login details, ensure you have whitelisted our system email address (hello@motjuice.email). Whitelisting is the act of approving a specific email address to send you emails.
