There are two ways to upload calibration documents:
- When logging a new calibration record
- When updating equipment that has already been calibrated
Why uploading calibration documents is important
Keeping your calibration certificates in MOT Juice helps you:
- Maintain compliance with MOT requirements
- Access records instantly during inspections or audits
- Keep a full calibration history in one place
- Avoid lost/damaged paperwork and manual record keeping
- Support your team with clear, accessible documentation
Option 1: Upload documents when logging a new calibration
Step 1: Log in to your MOT Juice accountGo to the MOT Juice website and log in using your account details.
Step 2: Go to the MOT Equipment section
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Staff & Equipment > MOT Equipment. This will take you to your full equipment list.
Step 3: Add or update calibration details
Select the equipment you want to log a calibration for.
When adding a new calibration record, enter the required details such as:
- Calibration date
- Next calibration date
- Certificate number
- Calibration provider (if applicable)
Within the calibration section, you’ll see an option to upload documents. Click the upload option and:
- Select the file from your device
- Or upload using your mobile device if available
Once all details and documents are added, save the calibration.
Your certificate will now be stored against that calibration entry.
Option 2: Upload documents to an existing calibration
Step 1: Log in to your MOT Juice accountGo to the MOT Juice website and log in using your account details.
Step 2: Go to the MOT Equipment section
From the left-hand menu, navigate to Staff & Equipment > MOT Equipment. This will take you to your full equipment list.
Step 3: Open your equipment record
From the MOT Equipment list, find the equipment you want to update and click on the 3 dots in the top right, and click View Calibration History.
Step 4: Locate the calibration history
Within the calibration history list, find the calibration record you want to update and click on it.
Step 5: Upload the document
Near the bottom of the calibration record, under Calibration Documents, click the button to 'Upload calibration documents'.
- Upload the file from your device
- Or use the mobile upload option if needed
Once uploaded, save the record.
The document will now be attached to that specific calibration entry.
Supported file types
You can upload equipment manuals to MOT Juice that are in the following file formats:
- JPG
- PNG
Helpful tip
Uploading your calibration certificates at the time of calibration helps keep your records complete and up to date. However, you can always go back and upload missing documents later using the equipment record.
