Uploading your equipment manuals to your MOT Juice account helps you keep everything organised, accessible, and ready when you need it. By storing manuals against each piece of equipment, you and your team can quickly find important information without searching through paperwork or emails. Keeping your manuals stored in MOT Juice helps you:

• Access information instantly: No need to search for lost or misplaced manuals
• Support compliance: Keep key documentation linked to each piece of equipment
• Help your team: Ensure anyone can quickly find instructions or specifications
• Stay organised: Everything is stored in one central place against the correct equipment

Step 1: Log into your MOT Juice account
Go to the MOT Juice website and log in using your account details.

Step 2: Go to the MOT Equipment section
From the left-hand menu, select Staff & Equipment > MOT Equipment. This will open your equipment list.

Step 3: Open the MOT Manuals library (if needed>
If you don’t already have a copy of the manual, click MOT Manuals from the quick actions at the top of the page. This opens the MOT Equipment Manual Library, where you can search for manuals.

Step 4: Find and download a manual
Use the search bar to find the correct manual by equipment type, make, or model. When you find it:

• Click Download
• Enter your first name, last name, and email address
• Click Get My Free Download

The manual will be sent to your email address. Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.

Step 5: Open your equipment record
Return to MOT Equipment and select the equipment item you want to upload the manual to. Click on the 3 dots in the top right to open the equipment menu, and click on View Details.

Step 6: Upload the manual
In the Equipment Manual section, click Upload Equipment Manual. You can:

• Upload from your computer using Browse Files
• Upload from your phone by scanning the QR code and selecting the file

Once uploaded, the manual is attached to that equipment record and available whenever you need it. You can upload equipment manuals to MOT Juice that are in the following file formats:

• PDF
• JPG
• PNG

Files must be no larger than 10MB in size. If you already have the manual saved on your device, you can skip the MOT Manuals library and upload it directly to your equipment.
